Please be advised that due to the restriction of movement and gathering due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus, the Western Province committee has had no option but to postpone the upcoming 202 AGM.

While the AGM is necessary, in our case the committee members are all serving terms, none of which expire this year. There have been no resignations or notice that anyone will not be continuing to serve going into the new season. As a result there would have been no election (similar to last year).
The AGM will be rescheduled once we are able to effectively conduct it within accordance to the constitution.
The National Council meeting and AGM have been scheduled and they will be conducted via video-conferencing. As these meetings are only open to elected officials, this is possible whereas this manner of meeting will not be practical when hosting all adult voting members of a province.
