Please be advised that the Ice Station will be replacing light fittings and globes during the course of the day on Monday 28 October.
They are hoping to be finished late Monday or Early Tuesday, but have advised that it may run into Wednesday as well, depending on various factors.
There may be periods when there are workers and machinery on the ice and these areas will be surrounded with barriers.
It may even arise that the entire ice surface is blocked off but this will be a last resort.
PLEASE exercise caution and stay away from the areas that are being worked on. This is a safety issue.
